Who is eligible to enter the monthly giveaway?

Anyone in our service area is welcome to enter. There are no income requirements, no applications, and no hoops to jump through. We do ask that you share a little about your home and situation — not to screen you, but to help us prioritize families who may need it most when we have the chance to serve more than one household in a given month.
How is the winner selected each month?

We draw from our full pool of active entries at the start of each month. Your entry carries over every month until you win — so the longer you've been in, the better your odds. Once you've won, you're removed from the pool, but you're welcome to re-enter after 12 months.
What does the free cleaning actually include?

A full professional residential cleaning — the same service we'd charge a paying customer for. That means kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, surfaces, the works. No shortcuts, no junior team. The same crew and the same standard, every time. If your home has specific needs, we'll talk through it when we schedule.
Is there a sales pitch or follow-up afterward?

Absolutely not. We show up, we clean, we leave. Quest Cares exists because we want to give back — not because we're using it as a lead generation tool. You won't receive a follow-up sales call, an upsell offer, or a subscription pitch. If you ever want to become a paying customer down the road, that's entirely your choice to make.
Sometimes the giveaway shows more than one cleaning — why?

When a generous individual, business, or sponsor subsidizes the cost, we're able to give away more than one cleaning in a given month. We try to do more whenever we can. If you or your business would like to sponsor a month's giveaway and help a family in the community, reach out — it's one of the most direct ways to make an impact.
Can I nominate someone else instead of entering for myself?

Yes — and honestly, some of the most meaningful submissions we receive are nominations. Use the Community Suggestions form to tell us about someone you know who could use a fresh start. A neighbor going through a tough time, a family recovering from illness, a single parent stretched thin. You don't have to share their contact info right away — just tell us the story and we'll work with you from there.
What happens to my personal information?

Your information is kept private and never sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes beyond Quest Cares communications. We'll only contact you if your name is drawn or if we have a follow-up question about your submission. That's it.
How can my business sponsor a giveaway month?

We'd love that. Sponsoring a month means covering the cost of one or more additional cleanings so we can serve more families that month. In return, we'll acknowledge your generosity on our Quest Cares page and social channels — but the focus stays on the families, not the branding. Reach out through our contact page and mention Quest Cares sponsorship — we'll set up a quick call.
