How far in advance should I book for peak season?

The sooner the better — peak turnover season (typically late July through mid-August for student housing) fills up fast. We recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks ahead to guarantee your dates and unit volume.
Can you turn multiple units in one day?

Yes. We staff up based on the unit count and your timeline. Large-scale turnover — 20, 50, 100+ units over a few days — is something we plan and execute as a coordinated operation, not a series of individual cleans.
What if a unit is in particularly bad shape?

We flag it. Some units require significantly more time — heavy buildup, extensive staining, or damage that needs repair before we can clean properly. We communicate clearly and quickly so you're not surprised.
Do you also do common areas during turnover?

Yes. Many of our clients bundle unit turnovers with a common area deep clean during the same window. It makes sense — the property is partially vacated and it's the best time to do a thorough reset of lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces.
Do you offer carpet cleaning?

We vacuum and spot-clean carpets as part of the Full Turn. Deep extraction carpet cleaning is a separate specialized service — ask us and we can discuss whether that's needed for your units.
