We plan the full turn schedule backward from your move-in date and build in buffer for unexpected unit conditions. How do you prevent touch-ups and call-backs?

Every unit is cleaned to a documented checklist, then reviewed by a supervisor before it's marked complete. We don't rush through units and sign them off — each one gets a structured walkthrough. Each unit is checked off against our documented checklist, reviewed by a supervisor, and reported to your property management team. We can provide daily progress updates, end-of-day completion reports, and a full summary at project close. You always know exactly where we are.
How far in advance should we book a full turn?

For large-scale turn projects (100+ units), we recommend reaching out 4–8 weeks before your turnover window if possible. This gives us time to plan staffing, review your property layout, and align on scope and timeline. That said, we've taken on large projects on shorter notice — reach out as early as you can and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Do you handle common areas on an ongoing basis too?

Yes — many of our student housing clients use us for both. We can set up recurring common area cleaning (daily, weekly, or custom frequency) for lobbies, hallways, amenity spaces, laundry rooms, and shared facilities, and then scale up to full turn deployment during your annual turnover window. Having one trusted vendor for both simplifies everything.
